Madali Loan Review 2026: Is It Legit, What Does It Cost, and What Should Borrowers Check?

Madali Loan Review 2026: Is It Legit, What Does It Cost, and What Should Borrowers Check?

A loan app can be connected to a real, SEC-authorized financing company and still leave borrowers with important questions about actual cash received, total repayment, collection practices, privacy, and whether the app is still officially available.

That distinction is especially important with Madali Loan. The legal company behind the brand is identifiable, and government records connect the platform to Quark Financing Corp. At the same time, Madali Loan’s old Google Play disclosure contains a significant numerical inconsistency, its Play Store page is no longer accessible through the original listing URL, and recent borrower discussions raise concerns about deductions and collection communications.

This Madali Loan review examines the product requested here using SEC records, Credit Information Corporation data, the archived Google Play listing, current Philippine lending rules, privacy guidance, and recent borrower reports. It is not based on a fabricated loan application or borrowing test.

Summary:

Madali Loan has a documented link to Quark Financing Corp., SEC Registration No. CS20200000916 and Certificate of Authority No. 1274. Historical SEC records specifically list Madali Loan as Quark’s online lending platform. Quark also appears on current CIC lists as both a submitting and accessing entity under the Madali Loan name. The bigger 2026 issue is product transparency: the old Google Play listing advertised ₱2,000 – ₱28,000 loans, up to 33% APR and an ₱80 transaction fee, but its own ₱10,000 example contains contradictory repayment figures. Borrowers should rely on the actual disclosure statement presented before accepting – not archived marketing figures.

Borrower question Current finding Why it matters
Who operates Madali Loan? Quark Financing Corp. The legal lender is identifiable.
SEC registration CS20200000916 Corporate identity is documented.
Certificate of Authority No. 1274 SEC records show authority as a financing company.
Madali Loan connection Historical SEC OLP records name Madali Loan under Quark Stronger evidence than app-store availability alone.
Credit reporting Quark d/b/a Madali Loan is currently listed by CIC as a submitting entity Repayment history may become part of the formal credit-information system.
Old advertised amount ₱2,000 – ₱28,000 This came from the archived Google Play description and should not be assumed to be a current offer.
Old advertised tenor 91 – 360 days Individual offers may differ.
Old advertised APR Up to 33% annually APR alone does not tell you the peso cost after deductions.
Old advertised transaction fee ₱80 The historical example reduced ₱10,000 approved principal to ₱9,920 cash received.
Major disclosure concern The archived ₱10,000 example gives two incompatible repayment figures Borrowers should verify the signed disclosure statement before accepting funds.
App availability The original Google Play URL returned a 404 during this review Avoid unofficial APKs or payment links unless independently verified.
Privacy Philippine rules restrict unnecessary permissions and contact-list use Debt collection does not create unlimited access to a borrower’s contacts.

How was this Madali Loan review researched?

This review relies on documentary research rather than a simulated loan application. We checked SEC records, CIC records, regulatory developments effective in 2026, the archived Google Play disclosure, privacy rules, official complaint procedures, and recent borrower discussions.

The strongest identity evidence comes from regulators. An SEC list of registered financing companies identifies Quark Financing Corp., CS20200000916, CA No. 1274. An SEC online-platform list separately identifies Madali Loan as Quark Financing Corp.’s OLP.

For current credit-reporting status, CIC’s live lists include Quark Financing Corp. doing business under the name and style of Madali Loan as both a Submitting Entity in Production and an Accessing Entity.

Product details are less current. The Google Play page indexed by search was last updated February 19, 2025, and the original listing URL subsequently returned a 404 when checked during this review. Because of that, archived app-store figures should be treated as historical disclosures, not guaranteed September 2026 terms.

Is Madali Loan legit and properly authorized in the Philippines?

Madali Loan has a documented regulatory identity: SEC records link it to Quark Financing Corp., which appears with SEC Registration No. CS20200000916 and Certificate of Authority No. 1274. Historical SEC records also explicitly list “Madali Loan” as Quark’s online lending platform.

The consumer-facing name and the legal company should not be confused.

The brand is Madali Loan.

The documented company is Quark Financing Corp.

The important identifiers are:

  • SEC Registration No.: CS20200000916
  • Certificate of Authority: 1274
  • Recorded online platform: Madali Loan

That is materially different from saying an app is merely “SEC registered.” A corporation may exist in SEC records without necessarily holding the secondary authority required to conduct financing or lending activities. In Madali Loan’s case, the available SEC record includes a Certificate of Authority number.

Does that mean every Madali Loan offer is automatically safe or inexpensive?

No.

Regulatory identity answers the question “Who is behind this loan?” It does not answer:

  • whether your offer is affordable;
  • whether every fee has been properly disclosed;
  • whether a collection agent will behave appropriately;
  • whether the amount deposited matches what you expected;
  • or whether the specific contract complies with current pricing rules.

A borrower still needs to inspect the actual disclosure statement and repayment schedule.

Is the Madali Loan app still available in 2026?

The original Google Play listing is not currently accessible through its historical URL. Search records preserve the old product description, but opening that listing during this review returned a 404. Borrowers should therefore be particularly careful with APK files and payment links circulating outside official channels.

A third-party app database also reports that the Android app is no longer available on Google Play. Recent borrower discussions in 2025 and 2026 repeatedly mention difficulty finding the application or accessing an existing account.

This matters for existing borrowers more than it may seem.

If an app disappears, you may still owe a legitimate outstanding loan. But you should not send money to an unfamiliar personal GCash account, newly supplied number, shortened link, or unknown collector simply because someone knows your name and balance.

Verify payment instructions against Quark Financing Corp.’s established consumer-assistance details and retain proof showing:

  1. the account to which the payment was made;
  2. the amount;
  3. the date and time;
  4. the transaction reference;
  5. and confirmation that the payment was credited to your particular loan.

SEC consumer-assistance records have separately listed Quark Financing Corp./Madali Loan complaint-handling information, reinforcing the importance of dealing with the legal company rather than an unidentified agent.

How much could you borrow from Madali Loan?

The last verifiable Google Play disclosure we found advertised loans from ₱2,000 to ₱28,000 with repayment periods from 91 to 360 days. Those figures are historical, not proof of the limits currently available to a September 2026 applicant.

The archived listing said Filipino applicants aged 18 or older could apply and referred to a valid government-issued ID.

It did not provide enough reliable information to establish a current first-time borrower limit or a guaranteed approved amount.

That distinction matters. A maximum advertised credit limit is not the same thing as:

  • the amount a new applicant will qualify for;
  • the amount the lender will approve;
  • or the amount that actually reaches the borrower after deductions.

The full proprietary scoring model is not publicly documented in the sources reviewed, so claims about how Quark weighs income, device data, credit history, employment or repeat-borrower behavior would be speculation.

What does a Madali Loan really cost?

The old Google Play listing advertised an APR of up to 33% and an ₱80 transaction fee, but its own ₱10,000 example is internally inconsistent. The repayment amount written in the listing does not match the formula displayed immediately beside it.

This is the most important finding in our cost review.

The historical ₱10,000 example does not add up

The archived listing stated:

Item Google Play example
Loan amount ₱10,000
Transaction fee ₱80
Cash received ₱9,920
Loan term 240 days
Advertised APR 33%
Stated total payment ₱11,180
Total implied by the formula shown About ₱12,169.86

The listing itself showed a formula equivalent to:

₱10,000 × 33% × 240 ÷ 365 + ₱10,000

That calculation gives approximately:

₱12,169.86, not ₱11,180.

The difference is almost ₱990.

This prevents us from treating either repayment number as the definitive contractual obligation.

If ₱12,169.86 were the correct repayment amount, while only ₱9,920 entered the borrower’s hands after the transaction fee, the difference between cash received and cash repaid would be approximately ₱2,249.86, or about 22.7% of the net cash received over 240 days.

If ₱11,180 were instead the true contractual repayment, the economics would be materially different.

The correct borrower response is therefore not to choose whichever number looks better. It is to demand a disclosure statement showing the actual:

  • principal;
  • deductions;
  • finance charge;
  • effective interest rate;
  • payment dates;
  • installment amounts;
  • late-payment terms;
  • and total amount payable.

Why net proceeds matter more than the headline loan amount

Suppose an app says your loan is ₱10,000 but only ₱9,920 reaches you.

You have not actually received ₱10,000 of spendable cash.

Your real comparison should be:

Cash that entered your account vs. total cash you must return.

This becomes even more important when processing, service, verification, insurance or other fees are deducted before release.

Recent anonymous borrower reports allege much larger differences between stated loan amounts and amounts deposited – for example, a June 2026 Reddit poster claimed ₱950 was deposited in connection with a ₱1,500 application and that ₱1,600 was being demanded. Another March 2026 poster claimed a ₱2,000 transaction resulted in only ₱1,320 being disbursed.

These reports are anecdotes, not verified contract evidence, so they should not be treated as standard Madali Loan pricing. They are, however, a reason to screenshot the offer page before accepting a loan.

What interest-rate limits apply in the Philippines in 2026?

From April 1, 2026, SEC Memorandum Circular No. 14, Series of 2025 applies recalibrated ceilings to a specific category of small loans: unsecured, general-purpose loans not exceeding ₱10,000 and with terms of up to four months. It is not a universal ceiling for every loan.

For covered loans entered into, restructured or renewed from April 1, 2026:

Charge Current ceiling for covered loans
Nominal interest 6% per month
Effective interest rate 12% per month
Approximate daily EIR equivalent 0.40% per day
Late/non-payment penalty 5% per month on outstanding scheduled amount due
Total interest, fees, charges and penalties Maximum 100% of the amount borrowed

The 12% effective-rate ceiling is particularly important because effective interest incorporates the effect of relevant fees rather than looking only at the advertised interest percentage.

But scope matters.

A ₱7,000 three-month general-purpose unsecured loan may fit the covered category.

A ₱20,000 loan does not satisfy the ₱10,000 threshold.

A six- or eight-month loan does not satisfy the four-month tenor threshold.

Do not apply the special small-loan ceiling mechanically to every Madali Loan contract.

Even when a loan falls outside this specific numerical cap, financial-service providers remain subject to disclosure, fair-treatment, responsible-pricing, privacy and complaint-handling requirements under the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act.

How fast is Madali Loan approval and disbursement?

We could not verify a current 2026 approval or disbursement guarantee from an accessible official Madali Loan product page. The archived Play Store description explains the application flow but does not provide reliable evidence that every approved loan will arrive within a specific number of minutes.

Third-party sites continue to repeat claims such as five-minute, 15-minute or one-day processing, but those statements should not be treated as independently verified service levels.

Real disbursement can also depend on factors outside the initial scoring decision, such as:

  • identity verification;
  • incorrect personal information;
  • bank or e-wallet details;
  • payment-system availability;
  • banking cut-offs;
  • weekends and holidays;
  • or manual verification.

Because the current product interface was not accessible for independent inspection, a 2026 article should not promise “instant approval” or “cash in five minutes.”

Does Madali Loan report to the Credit Information Corporation?

Yes, there is strong current evidence of a CIC relationship. CIC lists Quark Financing Corp. doing business as Madali Loan as both a Submitting Entity in Production and an Accessing Entity.

CIC first reported Quark/Madali Loan among entities submitting live borrower credit data in July 2024.

For borrowers, that means it is reasonable to treat repayment behavior as potentially relevant to their formal credit history.

It does not mean that every late payment automatically destroys a credit score by a fixed number of points. The sources reviewed do not support any such numerical claim.

It does mean borrowers should retain payment receipts and promptly dispute an incorrectly reported balance.

What happens if you pay Madali Loan late?

Late payment can lead to contractual penalties, collection activity and potentially adverse credit reporting, but collectors still have to comply with Philippine consumer-protection, privacy and fair-collection rules. A valid debt does not authorize threats, public shaming or indiscriminate contact-list harassment.

SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18 prohibits unfair debt-collection practices by financing and lending companies.

The 2026 joint advisory from the DICT, NPC and SEC specifically reiterates that online lenders must not use personal data for harassment, intimidation or public shaming. It also states that contacting people in the borrower’s contact list other than guarantors for debt collection is prohibited.

Recent Reddit discussions naming Madali Loan include allegations of:

  • repeated calls and messages;
  • messages to references;
  • communications before or around due dates;
  • threatening or aggressive messages in some cases.

These are unverified individual reports. They establish that complaints exist, not that every collector or borrower will have the same experience.

If you receive an abusive message, do not delete it. Preserve:

  • full screenshots;
  • the sender’s number;
  • call logs;
  • date and time;
  • payment records;
  • your loan agreement;
  • and communications with customer support.

How much phone data can Madali Loan legally collect?

Philippine privacy rules do not give a loan app unlimited access to a borrower’s device. Permissions must be suitable, necessary and proportionate, and contact-list harvesting for debt collection or harassment is restricted.

The historical Google Play listing declared collection of location and personal information, stated that data was encrypted in transit, and said deletion could be requested.

That store disclosure should not be confused with a complete legal analysis of every data field processed by the company.

Under NPC Circular No. 20-01 and its amendments, unnecessary app permissions are prohibited. The NPC specifically addresses contact information, character references and guarantors. A character reference does not automatically become a guarantor, and lenders must have a lawful, proportionate basis for processing data.

The March 2026 joint government advisory goes further in practical terms: excessive contact-list processing, harassment-related processing and collection activity directed at people other than guarantors are prohibited.

What are borrowers saying about Madali Loan in 2026?

Recent online discussions show three recurring concerns: difficulty accessing the app, disputes about the difference between stated and deposited amounts, and aggressive collection communications. These are anecdotal reports rather than statistical evidence of the experience of all Madali Loan borrowers.

Several threads from 2026 mention the app being unavailable or difficulty determining how to settle an account.

Other reports allege substantial deductions or unexpected disbursements.

Collection experiences are mixed. Some posters describe repeated calls, threatening language or contact with references, while other borrowers report fewer calls over time or relatively neutral reminder messages.

That mixed pattern is why anonymous reviews should be used as a risk signal rather than proof of a specific violation.

For a borrower considering an offer, the contract in front of you carries more decision value than a stranger’s online experience.

What are Madali Loan’s main advantages and disadvantages?

Its strongest positive is an identifiable legal operator with documented SEC and CIC records. Its most significant concerns are the outdated/inaccessible app distribution channel, an internally inconsistent historical cost example, and recurring anecdotal reports involving deductions and collection pressure.

Potential advantage Evidence-based limitation
Identifiable operator: Quark Financing Corp. Regulatory identity does not guarantee affordable pricing.
SEC CA No. 1274 documented The app’s old product disclosure is no longer current enough to rely on blindly.
Madali Loan appears in SEC OLP records The original Google Play page is currently unavailable.
CIC participation is transparent Missed payments may have consequences beyond collection calls.
Old Play listing disclosed an APR and transaction fee Its own ₱10,000 example contains conflicting repayment numbers.
Formal consumer-protection rules apply Recent borrowers have posted complaints about collection communications and net disbursement.

Who should be especially cautious before accepting a Madali Loan offer?

Anyone who cannot identify the exact legal lender, cannot see the full repayment amount before disbursement, needs another loan to make the payment, or receives an offer through an unofficial APK or suspicious link should stop and verify the transaction before proceeding.

A short-term digital loan becomes particularly risky when the repayment plan is based on borrowing again.

That cycle – often called tapal by Filipino borrowers – appears repeatedly in online lending discussions. A new loan temporarily fixes the previous due date but increases the number of lenders, fees and collection deadlines competing for the same salary.

A borrower evaluating Madali Loan should know, before tapping accept:

  1. Exactly how many pesos will be deposited.
  2. Exactly how many pesos must be repaid.
  3. Every deduction made before disbursement.
  4. The due dates and installment schedule.
  5. The effective interest rate shown in the disclosure statement.
  6. Late-payment charges.
  7. Whether the offer falls under the current SEC small-loan ceilings.
  8. Which official channel will accept payment.
  9. What permissions the application is requesting.
  10. Whether the legal lender shown in the contract is Quark Financing Corp.

If the app screen says ₱5,000 but only ₱3,000 will reach your wallet, evaluate the loan based on the ₱3,000 you can actually use, not merely the headline ₱5,000.

What should you do if you have a complaint against Madali Loan?

Start with the legal lender and preserve evidence. If the matter is not resolved, complaints concerning an SEC-regulated financing or lending company can be filed through the SEC iMessage Portal. Privacy complaints may also fall within the National Privacy Commission’s jurisdiction.

The SEC states that since November 4, 2024, complaints against financing/lending companies and their OLPs are filed through the SEC iMessage Portal. It advises complainants to complete the form accurately and attach supporting evidence.

Useful evidence includes:

  • disclosure statement;
  • loan agreement;
  • screenshots before acceptance;
  • proof of the actual amount deposited;
  • repayment receipts;
  • screenshots of the account balance;
  • calls and messages from collectors;
  • messages sent to references or third parties;
  • and correspondence with customer service.

If the complaint involves unauthorized or excessive processing of personal data, contact-list misuse or disclosure of borrower information to third parties, the NPC rules are directly relevant.

FAQ

Can I assume an APK labeled “Madali Loan” is official?

No. The original Google Play listing is no longer accessible at its historical URL. Do not install an APK simply because it uses the Madali Loan name or logo. Verify its source with the legal company first.

Can I repay early?

Republic Act No. 11765 provides that borrowers may prepay credit before maturity, subject to properly disclosed prepayment costs or fees where applicable. The exact Madali Loan treatment should be checked in your contract.

Can Madali Loan contact everyone in my phone if I am overdue?

Philippine privacy rules restrict excessive contact processing. The 2026 DICT-NPC-SEC advisory states that, for debt collection, contacting people in the borrower’s contact list other than guarantors is prohibited.

Does deleting the app erase the debt?

No. Removing software from your phone does not itself cancel a valid loan agreement. Obtain a statement directly from the lender and use a verified payment channel.

Does Madali Loan affect my credit record?

Potentially. Quark Financing Corp. doing business as Madali Loan is currently listed by CIC as a Submitting Entity in Production.

What should you verify before accepting Madali Loan?

The most useful decision is not based on whether Madali Loan can be described with a single word such as “legit.”

Start with the legal identity: the available regulatory evidence connects Madali Loan to Quark Financing Corp., CS20200000916, CA 1274.

Then move to the offer itself.

Ignore the headline credit limit for a moment and write down two numbers:

How much money will actually reach me?

How much money must I send back in total?

Check the difference. Check the due dates. Check every deduction. Compare the effective interest rate with the rules that apply to your particular principal and tenor. Review data permissions. Save the disclosure statement before funds are released.

The historical Madali Loan listing demonstrates why this discipline matters: even an official-looking product description can contain conflicting arithmetic.

If the contract does not clearly answer those questions – or if you are being directed to an unverified APK, collector or payment account – the safer financial decision is to resolve those uncertainties before accepting or sending money.
